Proof for Makeup or Rental Purpose
For makeup or rental services, customers must provide valid proof of identity before renting any items or services. This can include government-issued ID or other verifiable documents. The proof must be submitted in advance to avoid any complications during the service.

Product Returns
Products rented from our platform must be returned within 18 hours of the rental period's end. Late returns will incur additional fees. Please ensure that you return the rented products within the specified time frame to avoid penalties.
Compensation for Damaged Products
If any rented product is damaged during use, the customer will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement. We will assess the damage and provide an invoice for the compensation cost. By renting our products, you agree to this compensation policy.

Multiple Item Rentals

Additional Terms and Conditions

9. Rental items must not be used for illegal purposes.
10. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the rented products while in their possession.

12. All renters must be at least 18 years old to rent products or services.
13. A late return fee will be charged if the item is not returned by the agreed-upon time.
14. Refunds are not provided for products that are not returned in the agreed-upon condition.
15. We are not liable for any damages or injuries caused by misuse of our products.
16. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our rental policies.
17. Damaged or dirty items must be reported immediately upon return.
18. The renter must confirm that they have received the product in good condition before use.
19. Renters must inform us immediately if an item is not functioning properly.
